What's it about?
Figuring out the next step in your career may be as important as meeting all of your goals, taking on extra work and impressing the boss. We'll learn how to map a career path, discover the capabilities required for each step, and develop the capabilities required to get that promotion. Along the way, we'll find an explanation for the Dilbert Principle, why it may seem you work harder than your boss, and solve other mysteries of the universe.

> For new attendees and associates, we will create a career map and learn about capability development.
> For regular attendees, we will have a separate break-out to map individual career paths and discuss how to overcome common barriers along that path.

We offer this program as the foundation of the Career Development we provide our associates. We extend it to Chicago professionals as a service to the community.
